Accessibility Statement
Last updated: May 1, 2026
LocalSpot AI LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to achieve this goal.
Our Commitment
We strive to ensure that our website and platform conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.
Measures We Have Taken
To support accessibility, LocalSpot AI has taken the following measures:
- Included a skip navigation link at the top of every page to allow keyboard users to bypass repetitive navigation
- Ensured all interactive elements are keyboard accessible and have visible focus indicators
- Used semantic HTML elements and ARIA attributes to communicate structure and state to assistive technologies
- Maintained color contrast ratios that meet WCAG 2.1 AA requirements (minimum 4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and UI components)
- Provided text alternatives for all non-text content, including images and icons
- Implemented focus management for modal dialogs, including focus trapping and returning focus to the trigger element on close
- Respected the user's
prefers-reduced-motionpreference by disabling or reducing animations when requested - Ensured all form inputs have visible labels and descriptive error messages
- Designed pages to be usable at up to 200% zoom without loss of content or functionality
- Tested our interface with automated accessibility tools (axe-core) during development
Known Limitations
While we aim for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, some areas of our platform may not yet fully meet all criteria. Known limitations include:
- Third-party embedded content (such as the Cal.com scheduling widget) is provided by an external vendor and may not fully conform to our accessibility standards. We are working with our vendors to address this.
- Some older blog content may not fully conform to current accessibility standards. We are working to update this content over time.
We are actively working to address these limitations and will continue to audit and improve our platform on an ongoing basis.
